03/09/2009 - HEAT Project nominated for Handheld Learning Award

A project from this year's HEAT Scheme has been nominated for a Handheld Learning Award.

Congratulations to Arthur Sergeant from Leeds Metropolitan University who was nominated in the Special Needs: Practitioner category. His project evaluated the use of a mobile phone with KNFB Mobile Reader software to support students with a visual impairment or dyslexia.
