Upon receipt of your email into the helpdesk, you should be issued with an automated response and a ticket number, if you need to follow up your enquiry please reference this ticket number issued. Enquiries are discussed as a whole team, and in some cases it's necessary for us to liaise with external contacts. We endeavour to to respond to all queries within five working days, however, in some instances it may take slightly longer.
