19/08/2009 - Apologies for site downtime

JISC TechDis would like to apologise to anyone that has been unsuccessful in accessing the website, blog and community site over the past week.

Our website had unfortunately been hacked causing corruptions in our host database. This caused the downtime of the Community site and blog, and the incorrect displays of information on the main website over the past week.

We apologise to anyone who was unable to access the resources and information on our site during this time. We have now rectified the situation and are working to fix any remaining issues stemming from this hack.

We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
