Becta has announced the shortlisted organisations for the 2009 Next Generation Learning Awards 2009 Technology Excellence in FE & Skills.
The awards reward those learning providers in the FE & Skills sector who are fully confident in their use of technology. There are seven awards in total; one for learners to nominate their learning providers and six for learning providers in the sub-sectors of:
- Work based learning,
- Adult and commuunity learning,
- Offender skills,
- General FE,
- Independent Specialist Colleges,
- Voluntary sector.
